Why can't I use Premium features even though I have a subscription?

Purchase Syncing Issue.

The purchase was received in the App Store but is not syncing properly with our system. If you're an active premium user, the premium features are showing up locked. Then, please follow these steps to restore the subscription:

Tap on any locked premium feature on the app. For example

It will direct the user to the paywall screen (after 4.18.9). Now tap on the Restore button present after the reviews section.

It will direct the user to the paywall screen (before 4.18.0). Now tap on the Restore button present in the top-right corner.

It will ask for credentials such as Apple id and password. Complete the required information, and you should be able to access the premium features.

If you are still unable to access premium features, please uninstall and reinstall the Think Dirty app to ensure you have the latest version. Then log in to your Think Dirty account and access the premium features.
